PA - The Dutch city of Purmerend was founded 600 years ago and the local HAMs will activate the special call PC600P three times in 2010: from Jan 1-27, from May 1-28 and from Sep 1-28. The QSL manager PA3HGP will confirm all QSOs via bureau automatically. Cards are also available as eQSL or via LoTW. More special callsigns will be activated: PA600MIR,PA601FR, PD602YL, PA602SWL, PA603HGP, PE603HG etc. and the VERON is issuing a special award as well.

SP - In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Polish Amateur Radio Union, PZK and 85th anniversary of the IARU, look for special event station 3Z0RADIO to be active all throughout 2010.

T7 - Operators Tony/T77C, Victor/RV2FW, Dmitri/UA2FB, Vladimir/ UA2FF and Igor/UA2FZ will activate the Amateurs Radio Republic of San Marino (A.R.R.S.M.) club station T70A during the CQ 160-Meter CW Contest (January 29-31st)

EU IOTA INFORMATION

GJ - Operators Lieven/ON4PQ, Jo/ON5MF, Pat/ON7PQ, Geert/ON7USB and Tim/ON5HC will be active as MJ/OP9X/P from Les Minquiers Island between March 31st and April 7th, 2010. Activity will be on 80-10 meters, including 30/17/12 meters, using CW, SSB and the Digital modes.

GM - Oscar Luis/EA1DR, George/EC2ADN, Christian/EA3NT,  Col/MM0NDX and Bjorn/SM0MDG are planning an operation to be held  from rare IOTA group EU-118 (Flannan Isles) in June 2010.
